1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing any games produced by GGTPL (including Roleplay, FPS, Racing, and Adventure titles), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property

All game assets, code, storylines, and characters remain the exclusive property of Grand Gaming Technology Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Conduct & Anti-Cheating

To ensure fair play in our 5v5 and FPS titles, the following are prohibited:

Exploits: Using aimbots, wallhacks, or third-party mods.
Harassment: Toxicity, hate speech, or bullying in multiplayer lobbies.

Commercial Use: Selling or trading in-game accounts or virtual items.

4. Custom Game Development

Users may contact the owner of GGTPL for custom game development. These inquiries are subject to a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) regarding costs and intellectual property ownership.

5. Virtual Items

Virtual currency and skins have no real-world value. GGTPL reserves the right to manage or remove virtual items at its discretion without liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

GGTPL provides its games "as-is." We are not liable for server outages, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of our software.
