These are the rules for playing games made by Grand Gaming Technologies Private Limited (GGTPL), visiting our website, or using our services.

By downloading, installing, or playing our games (including Roleplay, Horror, Adventure, online multiplayer, single player, racing, open world, FPS, shooting multiplayer, 5V5 action, 2D, and 3D games), you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, please do not play our games.

Our Games and Services
GGTPL develops various types of games for mobile and PC. We can update, add new features, or stop any game at any time. If you want to create a custom game of any type, you can contact the company for discussion.

Your Account

If you create an account in our games:
You must provide true and correct information.
Keep your login details safe and private.
Tell us immediately if someone else uses your account without permission.
You should be 18 years or older, or have permission from your parent or guardian if you are under 18.

What You Must Do (and Not Do)

You agree to:
Play fairly and follow the rules of each game.
Not cheat, hack, use bots, share accounts, or disturb other players.
Not copy, modify, or steal any part of our games (characters, graphics, music, etc.).
Use our games only for fun and lawful purposes.
Follow all laws of India.

Ownership
All games, characters, graphics, music, and other content belong to GGTPL or our partners. You can play the games, but you cannot copy, sell, or use them commercially without our written permission.
In-Game Purchases and Payments
If our games have in-app purchases, ads, or subscriptions:
You agree to pay the price shown at the time of purchase.
Purchases are usually final (check the rules of Google Play or Apple App Store for refunds).
We are not responsible for purchases made by others on your device.

Limits on Our Responsibility
We work hard to make good games, but:
Games are provided “as is” — we cannot promise they will always work perfectly or without any issues.
We are not responsible for any indirect losses (such as loss of game progress or money problems) caused while playing. Our total responsibility will not be more than the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).
If You Break the Rules If you break these terms (for example, by cheating or harming the game), we can suspend or ban your account at any time, with or without notice.

Law and Disputes
These rules are governed by the laws of India. Any disagreement will be handled in the courts of  Banglore/Mysore, Karnataka, India only.
We can first try to solve issues through friendly discussion or arbitration.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms sometimes. If you keep playing after the update, you accept the new terms.

To ensure fair play in our 5v5 and FPS titles, the following are prohibited:

• Exploits: Using aimbots, wallhacks, or third-party mods.

• Harassment: Toxicity, hate speech, or bullying in multiplayer lobbies.

Commercial Use: Selling or trading in-game accounts or virtual items.
